RadiusCat CallShop gives you the ability to setup and maintain an unlimited number of CallShops & Booths. Each CallShop is defined as a separate entity and can be assigned an unlimited number of Booths. Each CallShop is assigned to a CallShop Operator who has full control over all CallShop Booths, Retail Rate Table, IP Phones, etc. The CallShop Operator monitors each Booth using the very innovative Browser based CallShop Booth monitoring console.

Create CallShops in just 3 minutes with absolutely no software to be installed for each CallShop. CallShop Operator simply installs and configures the IP Phone(s) and controls each Booth using a computer with a Web Browser. Fully compatible with the SVK OEM SoftPhone and is powered by & includes the powerful Brekeke SIP/PBX
