CDRCat is a very light weight application that runs on windows XP, Windows Server 2003/2008 (32 or 64 bit) environment and installs in less than 7 minutes and uses less computer resources than you would think. CDRCat does not require a dedicated Computer Server and can be hosted alongside other applications.

CDRCat employs advanced billing features from our award winning RadiusCat Billing, allowing you to define Unlimited Accounts, Rate Tables, Taxes and other billing data as needed. Volume and monetary alerts can also be to send automatic email notices to customers when either alert threshold is reached.

Its no secret, CDR files contain a wealth of information that is indicative of  how your network is performing, however having to deal  with hundreds of CDR files received from your Gateway(s), Interconnect Partner(s) or PBX(s) every 15 minutes is worthless unless you can make sense if that data in a timely manner. CDRCat allows you to view Statistical and Metric driven reports allowing you to rate your performance benchmarks. This could be as simple as an ASR report on specific routes every 5 minutes or 3 dimensional reports such as call volume by region by time of day.  Simply put any the data in the CDR file can be presented to your team for making decisions.

CDRCat can be preconfigured to process any CDR files no matter what the file format or delimitation of the file. CDRCat also processes multiple files of different formats simultaneously and comes with several common file formats from Gateways/Carriers already preconfigured. Preconfigured Gateway formats include: - Brekeke PBX/Brekeke SIP, Asterisk, Sansay, Sonus, Quintum, CISCO, EPYGI, Snom One., Pbxnsip. Preconfigured Carrier formats include: - Gafachi, Bell Canada, Vitelity, Level(3), VoipInnovations, Flowroute. Predefined formats allow little or no CDR file format configuration before starting you billing process.

CDRCats multithreaded operation allows it to operate in a manner using system resources very efficiently. CDRCat employs the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Database and so offers open RDBC access to Pre/Post processed CDR data as well as customer accounts records. This allows you to expand the system with the use of other third party application as required by your business processes.

Configure it and forget it. That’s right; CDRCat monitors multiple pre-configured file locations concurrently and automatically processes the CDR files deposited in those locations with no user intervention required. This allows you to spend more time on making decisions and no time sifting through hundreds of CDR files in a spreadsheet application.
