Since the General Availability of CDR2Cloud on September 2014, there has been a total of 23,460,193 CDR files processed and billed to customers. I am very pleased to announce that CDR2Cloud supports a total 42 different CDR file formats generated by different manufactures and carriers.

One of the exciting aspects of working on the CDR2Cloud project is that of receiving customer feedback. We not only love to hear what we have done right but also what features do not work the way our customer were hoping. From this feedback we have some new updates that will be available in early 2015 including but not limited to ‘Recurring Charges’ and ‘Freshbooks Integration’. We have received quite a bit of emails from customers asking if the FREE subscription package (CDR-10) will be going away and the answer is No! The CDR-10 package provides you with the ability to process unlimited CDR files with Billing/Invoicing for up to 10 customers, absolutely FREE.
