Put Cards on the [Rate] Table
Part of my job is to review help tickets received and try to identify trends as it relates to similar/common problems that CDR2Cloud user’s experience. I wanted to spend some time today talking about one feature that seems to stump many user and this is the Incremental Billing Length setting of a Rate Table.
2015 In Review
It’s been almost 2 years since we released CDR2Cloud as a simple CDR file processing service. As 2015 comes to a close we wanted to take the time to thank all of you for your valued feedback as we continue to develop the service.

As CDR2Cloud approaches its first year of (GA) we have made a lot of changes and enhancements based on customer feedback. I am particularly excited about the revisions we made to the Reporting module and I am sure you will be as well.
2014 In Review
Since the General Availability of CDR2Cloud on September 2014 there has been a total of 23,460,193 CDR files processed and billed to customers. I am very pleased to announce that CDR2Cloud supports a total 42 different CDR file formats generated by different manufactures and carriers.

Make an Impression with your Company Logo
Ok, so you have uploaded your CDR files, and generated your invoices and you discover your Invoice does not look quite right, something is missing…. Ah, right….It’s your logo, your company logo!
Regular Expressions (RegEx) Lead the Way!
A Regular Expression is a sequence of characters that form a search pattern. Billing your customers from CDR files can be very simple if you identify your customers using strings of data that exist in their complete form.

I am very excited to be writing my first blog post. Laura, Tina and I are happy to be back in Canada but at the same time sad to have left beautiful, sunny Florida where we represented the SVK Software CDR2Cloud Team at the 2014 IT Expo held in Miami Beach.
