RadiusCat CallShop module is an add-on module that encapsulates a complete CallShop application complimenting the already powerful features of the RadiusCat Billing Software.

RadiusCat CallShop gives you the ability to setup and maintain an unlimited number of CallShops & Booths. Each CallShop is defined as a separate entity and can be assigned an unlimited number of Booths. Each CallShop is assigned to a CallShop Operator who has full control over all CallShop Booths, Retail Rate Table, IP Phones, etc. The CallShop Operator monitors each Booth using the very innovative Browser based CallShop Booth monitoring console.
